Moving in?

Let us know you have moved in by registering with us; fill in our property occupation form or give us a call on 02920 100346 and we will assist you.

Before you register, make sure you have the following:

  • Post code and full address
  • Move in date

Your meter serial number and meter reading from the date you moved in are preferred, but not essential for registration.

Moving out?

Let us know you are moving out by contacting us here so that we can calculate your final charges and close your account.

We will need to know your forwarding address and your final meter reading on the day you move out. If you are unable to take an actual reading, this may be estimated based on your previous consumption.

All customers will receive a final account statement within 6 weeks of the supply end date.

Any credit remaining after your account has been closed will be refunded to you within 30 days by an agreed method.
