We understand your reliance upon us to look after your heating and hot water during this unprecedented time and we want to assure you that we are prepared.

Open For Business
We remain open for business and intend to offer as close to our normal high levels of service as we possibly can during this difficult time. We have a comprehensive business continuity plan in place, which will allow us to minimise the impact to our business operations and ensure that our customers continue to receive services from us. We are working from home, minimising access to and distancing team members wherever possible as well as training other existing staff, in order to assist the most critical services we provide.

Entering Your Premises
Ensuring that you and our teams are safe has always been and remains our number one priority and we are asking customers some additional questions when we may need to enter premises; it does not mean that we will not attend, but it will allow us to ensure we take any necessary precautions to keep everyone safe.

Vulnerable Customers
We will continue to look after our most vulnerable customers as a priority, and should there be any loss of supply we will proactively contact them as much as is reasonably practicable, to ascertain if there are any additional needs and/or assistance we can provide.
